HLF’s Webmaster Gets Married

The Webmaster of Help Liberia Foundation, got married on Saturday, 14 August 2004.

Aga, as Agnieszka is affectionately called by Maciek, had travelled to the United States previously and had since been living there before returning to Poland in August. Although she had been living in the States, she could not resist the reality of openly showing her love for Maciek, and neither could Maciek forget the plan to have her as his wife.

Though it is usually said that distance is the enemy of love, it was not true in the case of Maciek and Aga. They were in constant contact (communicating, planning and encouraging each other). More importantly, they submitted their plans to the Almighty God.

Then on 9 August 2004, the magnetic force of love, cemented by divine providence, took Agnieszka from the United States and brought her back to Poland to be wedded to Maciek. The wedding was officiated by a Presbyter of the Polish Pentecostal Church. Help Liberia Foundation was represented by its Executive Director, Mr. Paul Yeenie Harry.

About two weeks following the wedding, Agnieszska went back to the States. Her husband, Maciek, later travelled to the States to be with her.
