In a bid to help struggling schools to keep providing education for children in the African state of Liberia, Help Liberia Foundation has assisted three schools in the reconstruction of their buildings.
The three schools are Restore Future Elementary School, Anns Sandel School and Community Foundation School. All three schools were established during the Liberian Civil War, each trying desperately to help educate the Liberian children.
The schools currently operate in buildings that need intensive renovations. Restore Future Elementary School was assisted with zinc, while Anne Sandel School and Community Foundation School were helped with bags of cement. The donated materials will be used to put the school buildings in a better shape for the children.
There are hundreds of other schools, like the three schools mentioned above, which are operating in makeshift structures and under unbearable conditions. These schools are desperately in need of materials and funds to implement different projects.
We appeal to all individuals and institutions of good will to help us in our efforts to help these schools. Amounts that you may consider small could make a major difference in the life of a person or an institution. It could be PLN10 or US$5.
