Recitations, songs, cultural performances, speeches, etc., characterized the program. HLF School cultural dancers comprising kids of the school entertained the audience with spectacular cultural performances. Soul-thrilling gospel songs were rendered by a small group of the school choir. Besides, kids of the beginners’ class and other upper classes did recitations of poems, Bible verses, and so forth.

An equally important aspect of the occasion was the graduation of seven children from the pre-grade division of the school. Among the graduates were four girls and three boys. Parents expressed thanks to the foundation for the opportunity given their children to get education in these difficult times of Liberia’s history. They also expressed appreciation to the staff of the school for their commitment in molding the minds of the kids.
