Foundation Receives Clothes

Posted by Help Liberia Foundation on February 17, 2008

In its effort to collect and distribute clothes and other items to needy children and adults in Liberia, Help Liberia Foundation has received a consignment of clothes from a European businesswoman.

The clothes – which were donated by a Polish lady who’s also the owner of a used clothes shop – were received by Mrs. Justyna Maciuszek on behalf of the foundation. The consignment contains an assortment of children’s and adults’ clothes and are temporarily kept in our storeroom in Poland for onward shipment to Liberia.

The donator of the clothes has also expressed her desire to donate more clothes to Help Liberia Foundation from time to time. The foundation expresses heart-felt appreciation to the lady for this humanitarian gesture on her part.

At this point, we also wish to appeal to all individuals and institutions who may be in the position to donate clothes, shoes, toys, educational materials, etc., to the foundation to please do so, as we need these items for distribution in Liberia. We would even be more grateful, if we could get people who could help us to ship these items to Liberia.

For more information about assistance to the foundation, please contact Help Liberia Foundation.
