Cooperation Network Building Between NGOs

Help Liberia Foundation participated in a one-day conference held in the Mirror Hall of the Stadnicki Palace in Nawojowa, Poland, on 18 April 2009.

The conference, which was aimed at discussing problems connected with getting European Union funds, acquiring knowledge related with the art of negotiation and regional cooperation among NOGs, was financed by the European Union.

Among the participants were delegates from different foundations, associations and federations from the Malopolska Region. The members shared their experiences and ideas connected with the work of their organizations. Our foundation was represented by Mrs. Justyna Maciuszek.

Director Albert Dziura and Mrs. Irma Majchrowska – Dziura of Kraków, two organizers of the conference, shared with the audience information about the project that is implemented at the moment. They also talked about the possibilities the project offers, and they encouraged the organizations to take part in it.

Additional conferences are scheduled for the next few months.
