Liberian Official Comments on Problems Facing Liberia's Education System

An official of the Ministry of Education of Liberia has spoken on some of the problems facing the education system of country.
The official, Mr. Charles Kumbly, Deputy Director for School Health Division at the Ministry of Education, gave his comments while speaking at the Early Breed Foundation School in Monrovia.
